Shipping Rates: Our standard shipping rate for all orders within the UK is £4.99, unless customers request alternative shipping options.

Shipping Time: Please allow 3-7 business days for shipping within the UK. Kindly note that these shipping days are subject to product availability. If your item is currently out of stock, we'll send you an email with extended estimated wait times or offer you a refund option.

Shipping Days: Orders are shipped out Monday to Friday.

Shipping Methods: We primarily use Royal Mail for UK shipments and DHL for international shipping. All shipped items are tracked and require a signature upon delivery. You'll receive a tracking number via email on the day your item is shipped.

Next Day Shipping: We also offer next day shipping within the UK for £7.99.

Billing vs. Shipping Address: In case your billing address differs from your shipping address, please email us at hairtalezinfo@gmail.com with a copy of your ID for verification.

Shipping Carrier: Most deliveries require a signature. For prompt delivery, please provide your best day-time address. Please understand that Hairtalez cannot be held responsible for delays caused by carriers, holidays, or natural disasters.

Shipping on Returns: If a shipment is returned due to an incorrect address or an exchange request, the customer will be responsible for reshipping fees. However, if Hairtalez is at fault (e.g., incorrect item sent), we will cover the return shipping cost and reshipping expenses.

Out-of-Stock Items: If an item is out of stock on the website, feel free to contact us directly to inquire about its availability. Shipments arrive weekly, so items may be in stock even if not updated on the website. If you place an order for an out-of-stock item, you'll receive an email or phone call regarding the status.

Exchange or Refunds: You can request an exchange or refund under the following circumstances:
- Wrong order sent.
- Product not as described.
- Unopened and unused package.
Returned hair or product must be sent back within 14 days for an exchange or refund. All products must be unused, unworn, free from odors or perfumes, in their original packaging, and with all tags still attached.
Note: Hair extensions care instructions are provided to ensure customer satisfaction before installation. Once hair is removed from its packaging, tags are detached, or hair is installed, we cannot identify it as our product. Hence, no exchanges or refunds can be processed in such cases.
